With a week of training in Tucson, Arizona followed by a weekend of boot camp with the team, I'm getting really excited for the start of racing season this weekend!
Tucson was amazing. Warm, dry weather... lots of sun and cacti... a coyote and a road runner... and a 26 mile climb up Mt. Lemmon. It was a truly awesome trip with two wonderful teammates! Just a quick photolog from that should give you a sense of how much fun we had.
I got home just in time to spend 5 minutes with my darling Mr. Porkchop before heading off to team camp for the weekend! This video sums up most of that experience perfectly... we're a fun loving bunch with some strong legs... can't wait to get to racing in a few day's time!
