As the Bike Dork that Chuck always likes to remind me that I am...I have to post a very happy event in Pro-Cycling that was soon followed by a very sad one (for me!).
Happy Event: The allegations of doping against Ivan Basso are dropped. Yippee!!
Bad Event: Ivan has now "cut ties" with CSC, which is my favorite cycling team!! This makes me very sad... :( Hopefully, the rest of the team (particularly Zabriskie!!) will remain intact for next year. They are announcing the 07 roster soon...so I have to keep my fingers crossed.
Bike Dork signing off!!
