Follow along as I drop bits of my life on the blog room floor. Hopefully, some of this journey will be interesting. Most of it, I imagine, will just be downright normal. Alas...here we are.
This is a yali on the Bosporus. Beautiful old homes once owned by the upper-class in Istanbul. Now, many of them are in disrepair, although there has been a city-wide movement to buy them, fix them up, and return them to prominence along the water!
